TDB Rates

This guide covers the TDB Rates-specific parts of Rates Assistant. Follow the general workflow for upload, structure review, and pricing review.

Select suppliers

Search for an existing supplier by name. If it does not exist, enter its intended name and choose Create … when published. Nothing is created while extracting or reviewing the draft.

Publish the reviewed draft

The pricing review shows whether publication will create a new supplier or update an existing one with the same name.

1. Review the full structure and pricing draft.
2. Choose Save corrections after any edit.
3. Check the create/update message beside the publish action.
4. Choose Publish to TDB Rates.

For a document with several suppliers, each supplier can be published separately. When more than one saved draft remains, Publish all remaining to TDB Rates publishes them in sequence.

After a successful publication, choose View published rates to inspect the supplier in TDB Rates.

Note

Publishing an updated supplier reconciles the reviewed draft with the existing catalogue. It does not create a second supplier merely because the source document is a new edition.
