Review structure

The structure checkpoint defines what TravelDB is allowed to price. Check it carefully before choosing Confirm structure & extract rates.

If the document contains several suppliers, each appears in a tab. Save the current tab before switching to another.

Confirm the supplier name and currency. For an accommodation supplier, also check:

  • Includes accommodation is selected.
  • Property type, country, and region.
  • Minimum guest age and minimum stay, when the sheet states them.
  • The room inventory and its occupancy/capacity columns.

Add, rename, or remove rooms when the extracted list does not match the sheet. Rate extraction uses the saved room list, so a missing room here cannot receive prices later.

For a service-only supplier, clear Includes accommodation and review its services and extras instead.

Review the durable definitions before any prices are extracted:

  • Charges such as levies and mandatory fees.
  • Services and deliberately selected extras, including their billing unit and capacity constraints.
  • Sheet issue date, version label, and STO tier label.

The Source document section lets you compare the extracted information with the page transcription. Extraction notes are informational observations from the model, not failures. Use them as prompts for review.

When every supplier tab is saved, choose Confirm structure & extract rates. TravelDB then extracts prices against exactly the structure you confirmed. Depending on your Rates Store, the next step may ask you to map that structure to destination records while pricing is extracted in the background.
