Revisit an extraction
Open a job from Recent uploads, then choose a step across the top. Available steps open saved information; switching steps does not run extraction or publish rates. Steps without results yet are unavailable. The selected step and supplier are retained when you reload the page.
- Upload shows the document, selected suppliers, destination and scope.
- Reading shows the saved transcription, with tables and original page numbers.
- Source, when source selection was enabled, shows included, excluded and full content.
- Structure shows the current saved supplier, room, charge and service catalogue, including your corrections. After structure confirmation this view is read-only.
- Bindings, for Tourplan, shows current saved mappings. These mappings are shared across sheet issues.
- Pricing shows the saved rates. Unpublished drafts can still be corrected and saved.
- Publish contains destination-specific preview/publication actions and saved publication results.
These views show current saved data, not a before-and-after history of the model’s output. You can stay on an earlier step while pricing finishes in the background.
Save edits before switching steps or suppliers. Continue to Publish opens the publication screen; it does not write rates. If you return to Pricing and make changes, save them and prepare a fresh publication preview when required by your destination.
To change a completed source selection, choose Revise source. This uses the existing reselection workflow and replaces unpublished drafts; it is unavailable after publication has been attempted. Edit bindings similarly opens the normal binding editor for an unpublished supplier. Merely opening the source or binding step keeps it read-only.
